Dr. Hazel Bluestein is a Family Medicine specialist based in King of Prussia, PA, with a comprehensive background in both clinical practice and academic medicine. She received her medical degree from MCP-Hahnemann College of Medicine.  She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Montgomery Hospital, followed by a fellowship in Academic Family Medicine at Temple University Hospital.
