To help provide timely service to our patients, we prefer to schedule our visits. To make an appointment please call our office or schedule an appointment online. We ask that you arrive at our office 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you to complete any necessary paperwork and to update any demographic and insurance changes. If you must cancel an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer that time to someone else.
Before your appointment, gather essential information including medical history, current medications, symptoms, identification, and insurance card. Scheduling an appointment is the first step toward personalized, compassionate healthcare. We look forward to being your partner in health!
Please call during these office hours to set up appointments or to speak with our staff.
Appointments
-
Appointment Required
All visits require an appointment except in the case of an emergency. Unfortunately, we are unable to see your child if you walk in without an appointment. We will ask you to return later in the day when the schedule allows.
-
Non-Emergency Walk-Ins
Patients who walk in with a non-emergency condition will be fit into the existing schedule as best as possible, or they will be asked to return later in the day when the schedule allows. -
Sick Appointments
We make every effort to schedule appointments for ill children on the day that you call us. Please call our office ahead of time so that we can minimize the time that you will spend waiting.
If you have a medical emergency during office hours, we will do our best to see your child immediately or refer you to the appropriate facility.
