Dr. Weiguo Victor Li and Dr. Hazel Bluestein are Amercian Board of Family Medicine certified family doctors and have more than 60 years of clinical experience combined in clinical care of adults and children. Dr. Li has been voted a Philadelphia Magazine's Top Doctor every year since 2017.
